-i never buy music from stores.i listen to it online or by other means.i do this becouse i don't like wasting money;why buy an album that i only half like?makes no since.that and i have diverse tastes.some songs i like are from soundtracks.artists are just hard to find (AFI my fave band being one) in philly.i don't like going thrugh the inconvinience.some people like to hold the disk; no,the disk can get jacked up and i have to buy another.more wasted money.prefer to pay for online downloads.i can be picky this way.
also,some songs i like,i woulfd have to import from another country/contenant.i don't have the money,time,or space to put the stuff.thatg,mplus i value all songs as their stand alone value.
a great song can be from a shotty album (ex:the song Medicate by AFI great song, the new album Crash love was ass)
i do know people who insist on buying albums.why i don't know.then,sometimes i don't like the song order.what if I want to listen to day and night (kid cudi) then amazing (kanye west featuring jeezy),and after that slow dance (keri hilson) endlessly,she said (AFI) followed by vicarious (tool).that is not on a cd in a store.i have tpo make that! some songs sound better in a certain order,by the same or different artist.most people don't realise this,but its true.there are many pluses to not buying albums,but songs instead.
